Sorry can%26#39;t help with villatorent.net. Is it a private owner or agent?

To check out the owner of a home you need to check the appraisers site for the county. Here is a link to the Osceola County Appraisers office www.property-appraiser.org but each county has its own. You go to Record Search and just type in the address and it will show who is the registered owner.

This is a great way to confirm that who you are dealing with is the actual owner of the property - just gives that extra piece of mind when booking directly from them.

Would you say that 2 weeks staying at emerald Island 4 bed for 拢1300 June 2008 is a fair price?

any input would be great I%26#39;ve always stayed in Disney Hotels before bit nervous about renting a villa.

That doesnt sound too bad but I am more up to date on townhome prices than the villas. If you want to get some more comparisons get some quotes from other Emerald Island owners. Try www.homeaway.com - it is good as you can reduce the number of matches by certain items at the villa, ie, hot-tub, internet, gamesroom etc.
