Weather is fine in November about 75f ...lowest rain fall is also November the parks do close earlier you can chack on the websites...and yes they do still have parades...

I think November is the best time for weather - hot enough but not too hot and humid with little or no rain, and the parks are quiet (apart from Thanksgiving). The parades are on all year round but opening times vary so have a look at Disney web site for details.
