Taxi from Port of Miami to the airport...how much?

Does anyone know how much a taxi ride from the port to the airport costs? Is there a cheaper/easier way to get to the airport after a cruise?

I believe it is a flat rate of $24 one way with the taxis.

I believe it $24 + tip one way, for as many peple you can put in to the taxi 3-4 people most likely.
