';Why is it that if'; is not a good subject title for a topic as you will be aware. Much better to say ';Worst Rides thread is longer than Bets Rides thread - why?'; or even better, ';Weather in Orlando';, or even ';Aaargh';.

However, the current title means nothing and stops me reading any further. I%26#39;m sorry, but that%26#39;s how I feel.

I tried to make the title If

but it said it was all capitals even though the f was definatley lower case. That is why the grammar is a lttle weird.
