Any suggestions for after we snorkel??

Planning to spend an afternoon in Boca Raton. We are staying in North Miami, about 45 minutes away and wanted to Snorkel at Red Reef park. We are late 40s couple with Son and girlfriend in early 20s. Any suggestions for after we snorkel??

If you%26#39;re somewhat cleaned up after snorkelling, the Dubliner in Mizner Park is a nice pub with good prices (mizner park is known for being very nice, but the prices for anything there are a little steep.)

If you%26#39;re looking for a place you can eat in damp bathing suits, the Whale%26#39;s Rib, right off the A1A in Deerfield Beach (the town that borders Boca to the south), is a great little place (Right beside Flanagans.)

The water is beautiful there; just got back.

Have fun!

I would definately recommend the Whale%26#39;s Rib in Deerfield Beach.

After leaving the park, just head south on A1A -- it%26#39;s only a few minutes away. There%26#39;s also a Flannigans at the same spot (that offers outside dinning with a view of the motorists pedestrians).

Both places are local hangouts.

we are leaving this Friday. Beside eating anything else you suggest to do in Boca Raton?

Well, if you like shopping, there is Mizner Park for upscale or Town Center for the people of a more normal income. Mizner Park is not a place to go to if you just came out of the surf, but the Town Center crowd probably wouldn%26#39;t care.

Take Palmetto Park Road west to Federal Hwy (US 1), take right, then watch for signs on right. If you get to Mizner Blvd then take a right onto Mizner Blvd, and another at an entrance.

Town Center @ Boca Raton

Take Palmetto Park Road west to St Andrews Blvd, take right, after 1/2 mile start watching signs on right for entrance. If you get to Glades Road then take a right onto Glades Rd then another right to enter the lot.

If shopping isn%26#39;t your thing, then let us know what you want to do in Boca, or South Florida, and we can try to help.

I would suggest the Mizner Park idea although Dubliner doesn%26#39;t open till 4pm. Very close and plenty of options. You can also walk around Royal Palm Plaza which is a 5 minute walk south of Mizner. If you want to eat, Coal Mine Pizza is pretty good. If you want to relax, there%26#39;s a cute wine bar called Rustic Cellar.

I live a half block from Nick%26#39;s. Good restaurant. He was in the Boca Rrsort for years. DO NOT go there if you%26#39;re on a budget. Very expensive.
