Do these rooms have a sleeper sofa? Website says max occupancy is 5, is that with 2 queens and pull out?

Hi there stayed in deluxe bay a few weeks ago, Dont know if this makes a differnce but had balcony. and had no sleeper sofa,

Our room did not sleep 5 four max,
