Ski gear shopping in Naples?

Hi, can anyone help me with finding ski gear in Naples. We are spending New Year there and need to buy stuff for a skiing holiday later in the year.

We live in Trinidad so as you can imagine, there%26#39;s not a lot of call for skiing gear here!

Not sure there%26#39;ll be any in sunny Florida either, but guessing that Naples residents also ski sometimes!

We were hoping we may be able to buy it in the States rather than pay resort prices when we arrive at the ski resort.

Ski gear shopping in Naples?

There should be a small amount of ski wear (not equipment except for goggles) in mens/womens and childrens sizes at the Sports Authority Store in Naples. (Located at Pine Ridge Road and Airport Road) THere won%26#39;t be a whole lot of selection.....it actually gets pretty picked over right before Christmas, but there still should be some stuff left.

Another thought might be to drive over to Ft. Lauderdale, which is about 90 minutes away and go to a store there. I know there is a ski shop there, just can%26#39;t think of the name of it. Do a Google search and I%26#39;m sure you%26#39;ll find it. They%26#39;d probably have a big selection.

Where are you skiing? If it is in Colorado and you are flying into Denver, you%26#39;ll find a ton of ski shops on the way up to the mountains that will be having huge sales and good selections.

You can also shop online at Sports Authority and any number of other sporting goods stores. Good luck!
