i%26#39;ve got a travel adapter that i use for charging my camcorder and camera%26#39;s. you can pick them up in asda tesco and most supermarkets. make sure you get the right one, not the european one.

You can get them at the airport too, in the departure lounge. You can either get one specifically for the USA, or a multi use one which you can use worldwide but more expensive. - OK if you travel to europe too!

Hi there!

most supermarkets sell the 110 volt us adaptor. it%26#39;s the one with the 2 flat prongs on the back.

avoid purchasing at the airport, very expensive!!

Thanks for the help, only a week till we go, and i am so unorganised!

One thing to take into account, you are talking electricity here, dont get the cheapest just to save a few quid, think of your safety and buy wisely.

We found them easily at Walgreens when you get there. Also they stay in the plug point better as they have a 3rd prong which holds it in more firmly than the 2 prong things we have here in the UK!!!
