Hi, can anyone recommend a hotel to stay at in the gulf of mexico area on the beach front? we are looking for a honeymoon hotel mainly adults only.thankyou

The only place I have heard of is Shoreline Island Resort in Madeira beach.

You will get more responses if you post in the Clearwater Beach or St. Petersburg Beach forums. No part of Tampa really borders the Gulf Of Mexico.

There is a small adults-only inn called Pasa Tiempo that gets good reviews. It%26#39;s in St. Pete Beach, not beachfront, but within walking distance. It%26#39;s waterfront, on the intercoastal waterway.

Another vote for the Don CeSar. http://www.doncesar.com/ It%26#39;s the only one on the beach in the Tampa Bay area that I%26#39;d consider romantic. It is not necessarily adults only, but not swarming with kids either.

The Sandpearl Resort on Clearwater Beach. It just opened this past Summer. www.sandpearl.com .It%26#39;s directly on the beach, very nice location. Alot of restaurants and bars are closeby also.

Another vote for the Don Cesar! I have heard good things about the Pearl, but have not seen it yet.
