Miami New Years Celebration!!!!!

Hi, my girl and I will be traveling to Miami for New Years. We%26#39;ve looked at ClubZone.com and narrowed it down between Mansion ($200 ea, OUCH!) and Space (can%26#39;t find any info at this time). Mansion says 8pm - 3am. For the price, 3am is not very late for Miami, with the lights come on and people have to go home?? Also, I%26#39;ve heard rumors that even IF you hold tickets, it takes forever to get into these clubs and you%26#39;re standing in line forever, is that true??

Thanks, we look forward to a great time! Happy New Years!!!!! I saw that AdvisorGirl answered another party question and seemed knowledgable, but anyone%26#39;s input is appreciated:)

Miami New Years Celebration!!!!!

I just bought tickets, but I got them on sobenewyears.com instead of clubzone. When I went to finish my order they wanted to tack on like $50 in fees and I was like WTF.

I went to Mansion last year and tix were $250 but it%26#39;s probably because I waited til 2 days before to buy them. Anyway, the party was awesome and it%26#39;s over at 5, not 3. They have open bar ALL night, def worth it.

Miami New Years Celebration!!!!!

Cool man, thx for the heads up. We%26#39;ll try SPACE, i think they are open even past sunrise:)

Can i ask a follow up question?? If we have tix (just me and a girl), do you get inside fast, or have to fight the line and/or velvet rope!?

The problem with clubs on new years (no matter what city) is that everyone wants to get in at the same time so there is ALWAYS chaos at the door. Hotel parties are somewhat less stressful then the typical nightclub on new years and usually offer more amenities.

the other guy is right. it%26#39;s crowded outside, but unlike the regular nights everyone with a ticket gets in. if i were you i would get there when the club opens, 9pm or whatever, and get the most out of the open bar. plus, the line is going to get very long around 11pm.
