We are headding to Orlando week of Easter. Can anyone provide feedback on either Terrace Ridge or Charles Town at Park Central? we will have our two kids with us(11 and 13). Not doing Disney this trip. Maybe Univeral, some golf, etc

Terrace Ridge is a nice resort in Davenport with good access to most places from the I-4 Interstate, five minutes from ChampionsGate Golf Course, ten minutes from Mystic Dunes Golf Club and just over ten minutes drive to the 192 highway. It%26#39;s a quiet and peaceful location with lots of countryside around it.

The resort is gated and has a large communal pool, spa, a club house, fitness room, games room and volleyball sand court,

We have a friend that has a beautiful condo there, but their website is having work done on it and won%26#39;t be uploaded for another two days - www.disneypalms.com

Charles Town at Park Central is in Orlando and, as far as I know, is not zoned for short term rental - I could be wrong and I%26#39;m sure someone more knowledgeable will correct me if I am.

Easter is of course peak season for the area so don%26#39;t leave it until the last minute to book.

is it like down town? How far from airport? Universal?

No, it%26#39;s nothing like downtown - it%26#39;s a very quiet resort out in the country. The nearest shops/restaurants are about 8 minutes drive away, with a much wider selection available on the US-192 about 10-15 minutes away. It%26#39;s about 20 minutes drive from Universal along the I-4, depending on traffic and the airport is roughly 25-30 minutes away.

If you are looking for somewhere like Downtown Orlando then this is possibly the wrong area for you.

Charles Town at Park Central may be better but, like I mentioned, I don%26#39;t think anything up there is zoned for short term rental.

Hi there. our management company live on Terrace Ridge and we had Dinner at their condo with them at Xmas. Beautiful place. Lovely clubhouse and in a great spot.

They rent other condo%26#39;s on there. There site is www.easychoicevacationhomes.com i think they have 2 and 3 bedrooms for rent.

Can any of you confim exactly where Terrace Ridge is?? We have booked a break there, and the holiday company have given us the address as 3150 Vineland Road, Kissimmee, but on the internet I have also seen it referred to as being at 7799 Styles Boulevard, also as Off Lake Wilson Road, and generally as in Davenport rather than in Kissimmee. Don%26#39;t want to turn up late at night with 2 tired children and not be able to find it!

Can any of you shed a little light??
