Lodging for 3 couples and 5 teenagers

I have been going through all the forums trying to figure out where 3 couples 2 of which have teenagers one couple 3 and the other 2. I have looked at B%26amp;B%26#39;s, along with hotels such as Island City, The Westin, Pier House, etc... Having never been there can someone give me some advice as to where we could all stay together with 3 rooms. We would like to keep it at around 250 to 300 a night. We would like nice rooms with room for the teenagers, pull out couch, or roll out bed. It would be nice to stay in walking distance to shopping, bars, resturants, etc... We are only going to be there 2 nights in November right after Thanksgiving. Thanks in advance for all your help.
