Large house or Condo rental March 2008

Hi - I am looking to rent a water front property for one week starting March 22nd 2008. It would need to sleep 5 adults and 5 kids ( min age 9).

Alternative would be to take a couple of Condo%26#39;s.

Would also like a boat

I have stayed in Marco, Cape Coral and Naples.

We are over from the UK for a family reunion and are looking for somewhere nice but not too expensive.

Any help would be appreciated.

They have many homes for rent of very good quality. I am a frequent renter.

Am researching this area as well for next May/June. Found some homes on 10KVacations and A1vacations. They look really cool.

With the current housing sales slump in SW FLA (and much of the US!) there are loads of homes that are available for rental - short or long term. I would recommend contacting a realtor in the city you wish to stay in and ask them what they have available. With 5 adults and 5 children I agree that a house might be a more appropriate choice.

A few other places you might check are the Cape Coral Chamber of Commerce (http://www.capecoralchamber.com) or the local paper the News Press (www.news-press.com) or even visit Realtor.Com (http://www.realtor.com) and search Cape Coral, 33909 or 33914 for rental properties. It will be clear if the properties come with boats. If you are $ concious you might want to consider renting a boat only for the days you wish to use it. There are a few places in Lee County that will rent boats.

Of the cities you%26#39;ve listed, Cape Coral i will probably be your most inexpensive to stay in.
