We are due to fly to Orlando on 12th October, it is our 3rd visit but we have always stayed in villas in Kissimmee before, this time we have opted for Cypress Pointe. I have read to reviews on here and although most are ok some are quite disturbing. I just have a few questions for anyone who has stayed there....
* Do the 3 bedroomed apartments have washing machines?
* Are towels provided ?
* Is the wireless internet service expensive ?
Any other advise would be gratefully received.

Yes the 3 bedroom units have a washer/dryer in them. You will have LOTS of towels as you will have 3 bathrooms. I can%26#39;t remember what the internet service wa slike whne we stayed there several years ago, but I know we used it...although not very much. Our family thoroughly enjoyed Cypress Pointe. I think you need to read the reviews and then still have an open mind. I know it seems crazy to read some very negative reviews and then some really great reviews right behind them, but you need to look at what people are complaining about. I see quite a few reviews where people have complained about not having a daily maid service or a mid week cleaning for free. People need to remember that staying in a condo is like being at home...no one cleans at home for you...you do it yourself or you hire it to be done. The whole point of a condo is that you have room to spread out and can act like you are at home. The resort was smaller than some but you will have a great time. If you have complaints about anything especially if your unit is not clean then you definately should take it up with the front desk. We stay in timeshare condo%26#39;s 3-4 weeks each year and I have never experienced dirty units, water leaks etc...Have fun.
